Depixym Cosmetic Emulsion #0446 Primary Blue

Primary blue with matte finish. 

It’s longwear, non-transfer, vegan, cruelty free, matte, blendable, mixable, waterproof… What more could you need? Remove with an oil based remover.

This is a great, bold blue eyeliner. Use with an angled brush or a really thin brush for sharp lines.

It also looks amazing as a lip or brow.

Mix in with #1162 for a lilacy shade, if you want it lighter, pop in some #0004 for a paler lilac.
